My deodorant pushes back down when I apply it. How do I prevent this?
Its as easy as squeezing the tube as you apply it! Try to squeeze in the area where you think the paperboard push up is.
Too much deodorant comes off when I apply. How can I prevent this?
All you have to do is push out a smaller amount! If you accidentally push out too much, lightly tap the bottom of the tube on a hard surface.
My deodorant tube looks oily on the edges, is this normal?
Yes! This is totally normal. Paperboard tubes are made to recycle. When you are nearly finished with the tube, it will likely look ready for that recycle bin.
My deodorant tube got wet. What do I do?
If your tube got SO wet that its falling apart after drying, (nice to know it wont be around in 10 years like plastic, huh?) please reach out to our customer service and we will take care of you!
My Deodorant is not working. I smell bad. What is going on?
Are you switching to our natural deodorant? Good for you! Your body will thank you in the long run. Some people go though a detox period when switching away from generic poison. This can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, and can create some unpleasant odors. Stick with it! The payoff is worth it.
Do I have to reapply my deodorant throughout the day?
We do not find it to be necessary at all! However, the pH of skin does vary, and with it the effectiveness of all deodorants. Please reach out to our customer service for personalized assistance if needed.
